Every time I order something shipped by ups the package never gets delivered without a call to ups it’s ridicoulous the driver leaves a note attempted delivery when I was here all day complete bs. He

UPS in Hempstead, New York - They suck

Details
They charge $60 to send a package to my nephew who had a house fire. I explained that there was a fire and they are not there but will come to pick up the package. I was told “no problem “ and they wrote down special instructions. The UPS driver refused to deliver because the house looked abandoned and then they gave my nephew the runaround and ended up returning the package. They not only didn’t do as instructed but they refused to give me my money back! Don’t use them.

Damaged by ups, left with 900.00 worthless parts

Stay away from ups, any damages that happen are on you, buying insurance is a waste. Box look like it fell off the truck. Would not refund shipping cost,gave back 900.00 of worthless product. Will use Fed ex from now on
