Mail 5 packages from UPS store 0162 in Southfield, MI all 3 of the packages were 5 days late and one was damaged. Spoke to owner Kyle, who indicated I would get a refund. Never heard from Kyle. Tried contacting Kyle on more than 3 occasions and left my phone number with his employees and Kyle, never returned my call. Not a good store and the corporate office is no better. Never got closure or resolution on this matter. Will use Fedex in the future.

UPS in Bedminster, New Jersey - No attempt to deliver

I was supposed to get a delivery of medical supplied from Ups, I was home the whole day and no one attempt to deliver the supply. Ehen I call UPS they said that they tried to deliver the supply which is a lie. This has been going on for a long period of time and I have to go to the ups location to uplift me purchase. I live at 21 oak terrace in Somerville Nj and the most recent problem happen on the 22 of May, 2019. very poor service from ups, I don,t know why vendors use ups to ship their product, In future I will look on a vendor web site to see if they ship by ups and if they do I will not purchase from that vendor.

UPS IS GETTING WORST!!!
The drivers are horrible, their manners are unacceptable!!! lying and claiming that door buzzers don't work which is a lie... shoving return labels in secure apt. door lock, claiming customers are not home. It's bad enough that you have to spend your entire day waiting, but to lie and say no one is home is *** customers know when there packages are do to arrive, therefore you are there to receive them. Customer service people are nasty and arrogant. See label attachment, you can barely see it. This is unacceptable!!! S.W.

Cynthia at UPS newport store is the worst staff I have ever seen

She is very rude. I used the wrong card to get refund, but she didn't check it as well before I use it. Then she told me "You have to use the same card ok? I don't know what will happen, but if you cannot get the money back there is NOTHING I can do". This attitude is really the worst I have ever seen. She is not even looking at me. What do you mean there is nothing you can do? You cannot ask me to come back again then you call someone to fix it? I cancelled the shipping because they cannot make sure it will arrive before Christmas although the expected arriving day is 12/21. I asked her it says 12/21 why cannot make it before Christmas? She said "Christmas is 12/25 (just like I don't know it??) this month is very busy, nothing can be guaranteed. " UPS just sucks. I have shipped for so many times, but this is the worst.

A shipment was sent from NJ to Florida. It was lost and by their own omission it went to their lost warehouse in Georgia which is in such a mess no one can find anything anyway. They kept billing us for the shipment and they kept asking for documentation which we provided. They kept asking for the shipment number which we did have. But they had to give us a new tracking number because they lost our package!!!! Since the person who shipped it from NJ to Florida couldn't find her order for the shipment they offered us $100 (worth over $700) but that was partly our fault because the person who shipped for us should have kept the ticket. However since then we have had to deal with rude people and as of today they don't want to pay us anything and to add insult to injury they want us to pay for the shipping for the package they lost! I will never deal with them again.

I purchased 3 portable fans for my family in tv Puerto Rico under the difficult situation they are in. my purchase price $900 and weighing 16lbs. each only to be charged $770 via ups ground with no guarantees. Way to help our fellow citizens when they're down.
