I am so upset with UPS. I could scream.

I mailed a package to my son for Christmas and he never got it. I tracked and they said they delivered it. I called because he did not receive it. Then started my run around with me needing call all the places because my local store said they could not trace it till the manager came back after Christmas.

Then told to call local UPS where my son lived then told he needed to call. They called him. This went on till I called to see about getting my money back then local store told me they got notification my son said he received the package. I said I know he did tell anyone that.

Then told UPS does not lie. Then they wanted his number gave it and then told by UPS again they said he said he said he got it.

Then I was told I needed to call all over to his store which I did not deal with or mail it from. Obviously customer satisfaction is not important nor honoring their insurance.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Manager.

Monetary Loss: $200.
