I ordered 5 dresses from Macys which UPS stated they delivered on 6/11/14 @ 2:14 PM here is the tracking #1ZA0T5770341055492. The same day I signed and received a package @ 2:17 PM to the same address and UPS knocked on the door. UPS has closed my case -- stating there is nothing they can do. So how can the UPS carrier deliver another package, and notice he had delivered to the same address 3 minutes ago, and an item was supposedly been left on the porch.
I have also contacted Macy, they stated they are reviewing the case.
This is my first experience having packages not delivered. I have contacted 2 persons that work there, and they stated that this the way UPS handles these situations. No help too me.
Monetary Loss: $160.
