1st, I HATE UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their invoices usually show up about one month after the item is delivered, in our case, the clients job is completed and they've been gone for a month. Try chasing your clients a month later for a stinking late UPS bill.

In this case the bill was never received by us so we had no idea there was an outstanding amount due. Next thing I get a letter from a collection agency.

So I had to call UPS to find out why I had never received an invoice or bill. The UPS person claims they use an automated phone call as a follow up for late/unpaid bills. GREAT just what I need....another time wasting 1-800 call. The best thing about call display is we can ignore this ***. UPS, send a *** bill in the mail. You have my address!!!!!!!!!!

UPS is so useless, even the delivery driver has no idea how much we owe them when they make a delivery.
