Now I know why UPS scores so poorly with their reviews.This company doesn't deserve one star rating.

My package took 21 days to travel from Canada to Texas. THis company does not know what service is all about. Could not speak with a company representative. Always received a voice recording during each phone call attempt.

The reason given for such delayed delivery was that they were short staffed. Hmmm Short staffed for 14 days ??? Its all about business and time management.

Hopefully, FedEX will deliver my goods promptly next time. I will certainly NOT utilize the services of UPS again.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, Lied about delivering parcel.
