This has happened to me twice! I ordered a package and it never comes.
I make it a habit to track the shipping process. But the first time it said it was delivered, I wasn't home and had to call up there for them to find it. I was at home all day this time and it said it was left at my front door, but NO ONE ever came! I called and they told me my package was lost and it was not their fault but the company's fault.
I have to fight for them to reimburse me all while dealing with rude customer service agents!
I DO NOT advice ANY one to ship with UPS because they do not take responsibility for their screw ups and have bad attitudes when you call them as if you are bothering them! Next time, use FedEx.
