I booked with UPS through Parcel2go. They didn't turn up at the Parcel Shop and I only found out this when I went to drop some more parcels and there it was on the floor.

After complaining bitterly to their online chat personnel I was told that they would arrange someone to collect it again. But this was only after several chats. They told me to email the 'chat' to my customer. This would mean having to get his email address but those of you who know eBay will know they vet out email addresses.

I had to refund my customer and I'm awaiting a negative on eBay.

I have asked several times for UPS to contact me. I'm still waiting.

I am not holding my breath. Utter Rubbish.

Reason of review: Never collected.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
