I have called to 6x to speak with a billing representative to change my address BACK to the billing address it was for over 1 year. I did not make any changes to my billing address.
This was generated by UPS. I have not been receiving my bills since May 08 and reported this twice. I To resolve the issue I have called and have been left on hold for three days over 25 minutes each day, and had to endure very rude representatives when I did get someone. All with no avail.
What gives with you people! How does anyone get through to tell you your customer service stinks!!! Why are you training people to be so rude when there is a problem. One representative told me the other one lied to me - is this really how you folks do business?
I have reported this issue now six times - five in three days.
