We have a mysterious credit card charge that popped up from UPS. It has happened before.

I called and they sent me from one person to the next for an hour and a half. End result of they don't know how to look it up and it might be an import charge or something international. They can't look it up by the number on the bank that is next to their name. So I am going to call it fraud if they can't figure it out by Thursday morning.

They are a shitte company. You shouldn't being charging any credit cards without notify the person or knowing what the charge is even for.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.
