On the 3rd December my parcel is at the Luton Depot waiting delivery in Letchworth approx 15 miles away. It's now the 11th December and he parcel is still holidaying in the Luton Depot.
The tracking shows the same message everyday - delayed 1 business day. The helpline don't know what's happening as all they can do is email the Luton depot - perhaps one day they will be able to 'phone them to resolve problems. A promised call within 1 hr has not materialised as apparently 1hr means 2.
Presumably 2 will also mean 3 or perhaps never. What a way to run a business when there are so many other couriers around who can deliver items during the time frame they specify.
