I tried to send a parcel of gift items to family in Canada.I labelled the box correctly and supplied all the correct customs paperwork.

On tracking the parcel a few days later I find it's been delayed due to "missing paperwork". Tried to put this right only to find the parcel is now missing. They are now trying to trace it which can take up to 8 working days.

Personally don't hold out much hope for it being found and someone is probably enjoying all the lovely chocolates and other goodies which were destined for my family.I know I'm not the only one whose parcel goes "missing" so why doesn't someone call the police and get something done about the thieving so and so's!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
