A two day delivery, has taken over a week.Everyday I would get a text, "out for delivery" a week later I'm still getting the messages.
Got a call from a person from UPS, and she says the package hasn't left the bldg. And she don't know when I will get my package. I asked if I could pick it up, and they said , "we'll get back to you" a day later and I'm still waiting.
.....So frustrating.I wish I had the right phone number, to the right person, I would let them know how I reaally feel abou it.
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about package at Ups was delivery Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
