Once again UPS missed the delivery and came up with a fake excuse just around the time business close and they stop delivery.
Excuse was they couldn't find or didn't know that the apt # was. Wonder why the driver didn't bother to stop by the address or how the driver knew apt # is not available on the package if he never bothered to stop at the delivery address.
This seems to be a new trend with UPS to come up with false excuses for not being able to deliver as promised. Why don't anyone hold this company accountable !?
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
