A priceles heirloom ring that saw combat during WWII and Vietnam was "misdirected" and "lost" for 3 days with no online update. I finally was able to get a supervisor who located it half way across the country but basically told me I have to wait 4 more days for them to re-direct it back.

That ring has seen 2 Purple hearts, one with clusters,a pair of bronze Stars and a Silver Star. Do they care? Oh and has anyone been able to obtain a phone number to corporate?

I got close 404-828-4900. I dont think they are going to like me very much
