Two packages were delivered to us, one of which wasn't ours.My husband tried to flag down the driver before he left to no avail.

I tried the UPS.com website which is an excellent exercise in frustration. And don't bother trying their "virtual chat", you might just die of old age before getting a reply. And I wasn't about to provide a whole lot of personal information just to be able to contact them. My ultimate satisfaction - I went their FB page where you can message UPS directly and tell them what you are trying to do.

Got a reply in less than 15 min., and a call before 5 p.m. today. Package will be picked up by UPS.

My husband said he could deliver it but I wanted it tracked by UPS on purpose.Don't waste your time on their so-called Customer Service section, just go straight to FB.
