I had to ship a wedding dress overnight to make it to the wedding. It was shipped 3 day instead even though overnight was HIGHLY STRESSED!

The manager Paul would not issue a refund because it could no be PROVED he did anything wrong. He would not issue what would have been a relatively small amount on principle. In essence, he is a huge *** and this store was the worst experience I have ever had. As a person who regularly ships items I will never use UPS again on PRINCIPLE alone.

Don't trust this store! The manager is crazy rude.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Manager.

Monetary Loss: $20.
