I had prepared and packed a box to send to Canada.Filled all the necessary deceleration Canadian custom forms.Manager assured me that there is no duty since the items sent were my grandchildren had

left behind when they were visiting me.

The package was delayed by 4 days due to customs confusion. I had paid full charge for in time delivery.I had called UPS central and the store manager too.Requested they adjust or refund the charges since the package was delayed and not delivered on time.NO response.

I wish that somebody at UPS looks and train the Lubbock store manager properly.

Next time I will think twice before I go to this UPS location.
