3 boxes were shipped from Florida to Boston , I received two and noticed that they were not the boxes I had shipped the items in, one of the boxes had ALL winter clothes, I recieved 3 pieces of clothing after calling the claims dept, submitting the info via fax, I waited a cpl days and called to find out status of claim, I was told that they would only send me 100.$$ for a claim worth 2000.$$$, this is absurd and unacceptable. I emailed the CEO hoping this will get resolved.
If this is not resolved, I will be filing a LAWSUIT. It's the principle..
