Within the last year My family has had a total of 4 separate package shipments, lost or stolen. The most recent incident was a 11 Jan delivery.

Why doesn't UPS care if I get my package or not? I'm reaching the point where I'll never purchase a product from a company that uses UPS. It is really that bad. I have talked to several co-workers and friends, they to have seen an increase in lost or missing shipments.

They have additional services you can pay for that will ensure delivery why should a consumer have to pay extra to get their stuff??

I see this as a continuing problem, that UPS needs to address now. I am telling everyone I know to not buy from companies that use UPS.

Monetary Loss: $270.

do not use ups to ship to Charlotte. They bill steal you blind.
