A shipment was sent from NJ to Florida. It was lost and by their own omission it went to their lost warehouse in Georgia which is in such a mess no one can find anything anyway.

They kept billing us for the shipment and they kept asking for documentation which we provided. They kept asking for the shipment number which we did have. But they had to give us a new tracking number because they lost our package!!!! Since the person who shipped it from NJ to Florida couldn't find her order for the shipment they offered us $100 (worth over $700) but that was partly our fault because the person who shipped for us should have kept the ticket.

However since then we have had to deal with rude people and as of today they don't want to pay us anything and to add insult to injury they want us to pay for the shipping for the package they lost! I will never deal with them again.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Two Day Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Refund procedures, Lost package, Ups customer servvice, Inaccurate tracking, Incompetent staff.
