My package is apparently lost in the UPS system after a failed delivery attempt. I was told to pick up in person at a local UPS location, but when I went the package wasn't there.

I then called customer service for help, only to receive some of the rudest treatment I've endured in years, making a poor customer experience that much worse.

UPS, please compare your customer service with that of Amazon, Apple, or Google Store -- you need some pointers. :/

This person wrote the review because of problem with delivery at Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Ups to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
