My package is apparently lost in the UPS system after a failed delivery attempt.I was told to pick up in person at a local UPS location, but when I went the package wasn't there.
I then called customer service for help, only to receive some of the rudest treatment I've endured in years, making a poor customer experience that much worse.
UPS, please compare your customer service with that of Amazon, Apple, or Google Store -- you need some pointers.:/
