Ordered a package from camping world.After a few I phoned them, and every time I called I received a different excuse about the status of my produce- ex - the first call -camping world did not deliver the package to UPS (obviously a lie since we had the UPS tracking no.).
The second call resulted in the second answer - it is hung up in customs - this was after 3 weeks. I had Camping World put in a claim for the package. The only call received from UPs was whether I received the package? No apologies Nothing.
Reordered the package and paid the custom fees by phone in advance.
They said they would inform the depot and a confirmation call would be made. No call of course, and asked them again to notify the local depot so I did not have to leave a check taped to the door. No call again the drive then shows up asking for duty fees.
This company should not be in business.They are horrible in customer service
