Don't send anything that has to go through this hub in Portland Or. This is the worst

customer service. They lose packages and say sorry we cant find it.

case closed. Well guess what, it didn't disintegrate. It is somewhere. this was daughter's birthday present. Cry

Probably in one of the employee pockets. one star is too good for these people. they wouldn't reopen claim or comment to looking for it. they are just done. Sorry. Shrug

package got to Portland on 6-28. 7-2 they said sorry were closing your claim we cant find it. the end. NOT expectable Wtf .
