UPS dodges responsibility by saying they rely on the retail UPS Store to settle the claim. How can the store be responsible when the package arrived at the UPS owned facility per the tracking records.
Very shoddy business practice that has cost them any continued purchases for the remainder of my life. That means not doing business with online sellers who use UPS. This is another example of the big corporate business rolling over the consumer because they crave earnings as opposed to establishing a good reputation.
And BTW, the UPS retail store has not returned my call. Go figure.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $350.
