Ups - Lost Package

In a nutshell, I sent an item via UPS to a modification shop in California (my cars ECU, you can't drive it without one), it was supposed to take 5 days to get there, 48 hours in the shop, another 5 days to be returned.3 weeks go by, and no package has returned, I called the modification shop, they say they haven't received it.

I Called UPS, and they tell me that they can't find my package.

UPS never again, worst shipping service in the world.Now I'm pretty screwed, because again, a car can't function without an ECU.
