UPS said the package was "out for delivery'. I called prior to UPS closing and they said I would get my package that day. A couple of hours later, the package was no longer "out of delivery", but in "transit."

I needed the items that day to pick a flight in the morning and take the items. No one could help.

I will NEVER again use UPS. The service is poor, the staff is incapable of offering solutions, and they made me lost time and money.

I cancelled Amazon Prime (where I ordered the items) altogether.

Will use other services.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
