I ordered 2 concert tickets (was worth $300) from a trusted website to attend a Katy Perry Concert in Phoenix. The package was shipped on September 1, 2014 and arrived in Tempe two days later.
At that point, I was under the impression they were going to deliver it soon. Someone stole the tickets. I reported it to both UPS and the seller on September 12th. UPS started an investigation and searched for a week without finding the package.
UPS called me about it three times and did not apologize. The seller provided replacement tickets and apologized for the inconvenience.
I expect more from UPS since it's their fault. I will never use UPS again.
