Not resolved

I have been waiting for a package (the contents of which is a check for my entire 401K rollover. My life savings of 30 years) sent via UPS but have yet to receive.

The first attempted by the sender resulted in the package being lost. No more information from UPS but that. Oops, we lost it. Too bad.

So the sender stopped payment on that check and resent it. Again via UPS. This time the check was "Mis-Routed" according to UPS. They say it will be delayed by 2 days so a 2 day ground package will not take 5 days.

This is the worst delivery company on the planet. I urge you to never use them. Their complacency and unwillingness to do anything about this i.e. have the package over-nighted at their expense etc., is unbelievable.

They have to idea where any package is located at any given time. Their customer service is totally worthless.
