My company is a large distributor, and for over a year we have been going back and forth with UPS with my merhcandise being stolen/lost. Currently dealing with one claim for $4500 and still waiting for the response on another claim for $3500.
And still have not spoken to a Rep since March/2014!!!! On top of that the REP for the claim service lost my paper work and tried to play it off like I never sent it to her and had the nerve to get and attitude with me.
Never in my Years have I dealt with such terrible service!
Monetary Loss: $8000.
