spent 12 hours with customer service for nothing... They didn't want to compensate us after delivering 6 days later then expected...

We lost $2 900 and our client because UPS.

thank you guys! They told us 15 times we would be able to pick it up at the center. Our package ended up stuck inside a truck they couldn't get it out.

The company employs 1% of america work force but they can't open a truck on a Saturday morning...

I will make sure every order goes through DHL for at least the next 10 years! The wait time on the hotline is also the longest in the world...

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $2900.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor tracking tool, Lost shipment, Can not deliver a package, Grossly overchage.
