spent 12 hours with customer service for nothing...They didn't want to compensate us after delivering 6 days later then expected...

We lost $2 900 and our client because UPS.

thank you guys! They told us 15 times we would be able to pick it up at the center. Our package ended up stuck inside a truck they couldn't get it out.

The company employs 1% of america work force but they can't open a truck on a Saturday morning...

I will make sure every order goes through DHL for at least the next 10 years!The wait time on the hotline is also the longest in the world...

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of poor tracking tool and lost shipment. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of ups shipping and associated monetary loss in the amount of $2900. Ups needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
