Just finished talking to UPS customer service via UPS Live Chat and they weren't helpful at all. Wanted to add delivery instructions to a package since I will be leaving town tomorrow.

Something I found you can easily do on the tracking page after the rude exchange on chat.

Basically, Quincy, the customer service rep, kept saying there was no way whatsoever to add delivery instructions or contact the driver when you can do it in no more than 1 minute on their tracking page. When I told him that he ended the chat without asking if i needed any anything else just ended the chat.
