UPS PR folks would have everyone think all that was delayed or lost in their most recent failure was a few Christmas gifts, in our case they lost my wife's medications that she is not supposed to be without, she is a Stage IV Cancer patient that is reliant on these medications being administered daily. UPS personnel have been unwilling to assist or update us and Our provider of the medicines that shipped them with UPS cannot aid us until they know what has happened to the shipment, so we are stuck in the proverbial Catch 22 without a paddle in the water.

Monetary Loss: $25000.
