Ups - Lies to discharge a claim, audit charges on false dimensional adjustments, intentional destruction of contact history
1 - For some time UPS has adjusted dimensions and added charges which were demonstrably false (lies and overcharges);
2 - UPS now they have added an Audit Fee on top of the adjustments and charges;
3 - UPS has removed the online bill payment Dispute function;
4 - UPS recently shipped and billed 2nd Day early delivery, then delivered instead at end of the day. Did not correct the billing. 4 call attempts to resolve this which included transfers to other operates and disconnects - hours wasted, they then destroyed all contact records with UPS about the problems and now claim we missed the reporting deadline which is false. And no contact records, zero, none, to be able prove otherwise. Demanding payment.
5 - Do a Google search to find UPS complaint resolution? - UPS controls virtually all the Google search results which go to a UPS page. Found this page by searching for "UPS Cheats Customers"
