Apt info was missing from a pkg I sent, my fault.I tracked the pkg, it said they were trying to get updated address info.

No one contacted me. So I did two live chats the morning after the first attempted delivery. Both confirmed they would update address info for me. Later, I tracked pkg to find out at 5:44pm it was being returned to sender.

Did another live chat, they said it was going to be delivered by the end of the day. Mins later, a call comes from local ups center saying pkg is being returned. So I call, find out the tracking information was wrong, it would be delivered the following day. I call ups the following day to find out its already in a different state, on its way back to sender.

Lie after lie after lie. Total frustration as I was at work trying to resolve this issue.

No one contacted me for updated info even though it says they did and was told it was going to be delivered several times but instead gets returned to sender.I'm no longer a ups fan.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
