I had a US SHipment coming direct to myself in Edmonton, Alberta. It was deemed to hit my door on December 28 2016.

Not the case. After many calls and chats with UPS, the last conversation I had was with a supervisor who lied right to me not once but TWICE! At this point I have NO CLUE where my shipment is. It shows arriving in Edmonton and now is sitting at an "IN TRANSIT" state.

In transit to WHERE??? Nobody at UPS can tell me where it is. One day I am told you will have it delivered today, the next minute I am told it is sitting on a 50ft trailer?? What do I do??

AVOID UPS!! No Customer Service at ALL!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Standard Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service, Fake tracking scans.
