I waited in all day for a package I needed. checked on website in the afternoon and it said they had attempted delivery that morning. Well that was a lie I had sat in the front room all day, no way I could have missed them and no card on the doormat.

No delivery time slot provided, another day waiting wasted

Online chat was a waste of time could / would not give me a contact number for my local branch.

helpline number was a waste of time only going round in circles for menu options. Unable to speak to a real person.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
