Got an email saying they had delivered package at 3:47 pm to the FRNT PORCH.Business is open until 6 pm, and package never arrived.

We are a business and do not have a porch. I was in the front all day and would have personally seen the truck pull up. When we called the 800 number the choices only divert to recordings; could not talk to customer service rep.

We informed the vendor that we will no longer do business with them until they find another shipping company.Do not ship with UPS or buy from vendors who use them.
