Their "customer service" line is a joke. These people are liars and *** artists who will tell you anything to get you off the phone.
I had a pkg supposed to be delivered yesterday that I purposely paid extra to have delivered today on my day off. Why did I do this? Because they ignore my notes and requests to deliver to our management office and do shady *** like THROW MY PACKAGES ON MY BALCONY ON THE SECOND FLOOR! So I go to track my pkg last night and low and behold, they charged my card the money but the pkg isn't coming when I specified I wanted it.
I then called and got talked down to by a rude agent who despite me asking to supervisor, put me back on a que for 15 minutes to speak to a regular agent.
It took my husband 2 1/2 hrs to get to a supervisor and even they are ride and horrible. It makes me not want to order anything delivered by them.
