I was pissed because my package was sitting in Southern California when it was suppose to be shipped overnight to Northern California.The girl on the phone first agreed with what was said online.

Sitting in SOCAL. I told the girl on the phone it was unacceptable, they need to fix it. She puts me on hold and says she made a mistake and package would be delivered that day. IT was not.

SHE LIED JUST TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE!

I was a important package for my son at college, paid extra to have it shipped overnight.Pissed Customer.

UPS customer service are not there for your complaints..they are not trying to resolve any problem but tells you will investigate and someone will call you back till several days you wait and never heard from any of them.
