I received an email that said 4 packages had been delivered to my address at 2:56 pm. They HAD NOT.
About 7pm I called UPS Customer Service. I got the run around. They told me I had to report this to the shipper. In this case it was 3 different shippers.
While on the phone, I went outside and started walking the street. There were 4 packages on the porch next door. I asked if UPS would come and check to see if they were mine. I did not want to be accused of trespassing or stealing packages from next door.
The lady was so busy reading from her script she ignored my question, until I had repeated it 5 times, each time raising my voice. She put me on hold to check, but told me they could not.
This is unacceptable that a customer has to go trespassing next door to get their packages. I just learned when UPS makes a mistake, they are unwilling to correct it, even when the customer has done all the work and located their misplaced packages for them.
