Happens constantly, i have a neighbor that is always home.I work every day, even weekends and usually holidays.

IM never home to receive a package. My neighbor has agreed to sign off all my packages and there is a note on the door to deliver to my neighbor. This happens fairly often, These lazy ups drivers probably work less get many days off and their still sacks of lazy plump slip leavers.

This company really needs to up its game on two day delivery, I'm going to be waiting almost two weeks now, granted its near the holidays.word100

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

They are not lazy - they are doing their jobs.Delivering to the address on the package.

How do they know that your neighbor didn't stick that note on there with intent to steal your package? Then you'd be really mad and complaining that they didn't deliver it to the right address. They are following company policy.

Next time ship directly to your neighbor or to your job.Problem solved and you don't have to insult anyone!

Why would you have it sent to an address where no one is available????

Have your items sent to your work, or give the sender your neighbors address to send your items to.

A little common sense goes a long way.
