I can not begin to tell you how upset I am with the customer service with UPS. Basically I ordered on launch day an iPhone 6 plus.
Got my tracking number the morning of deliver on Sept 19. You can imagine how excited I was. Long story short they said our address was incomplete which it wasn't. They never went to the office where packages are delivered, I know this cause I had people on stand by waiting.
No slip, no contact, no try again the next day.
Within the next two hours they shipped it back to the sender, whose policy is to put inventory back into the warehouse if it is returned. So now after over 16 hours in four days of trying I still have no iPhone.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
