We purchased some coils from Ontario on Dec 11, 2013 and it got shipped out on Dec 12. We were supposed to receive the coils on Dec 13 however, we were told by UPS that we would not receive it till Dec 17.

When i tracked the package on Dec 17, it stated that due to adverse weather in Richmond, it might cause delay.

I called Customer service and i was told that there was nothing that they could do to track the package or let me know a valid delivery date. We received complaints from our clients since we could not deliver the end products on time as promised due to the late service from UPS.

Monetary Loss: $350.
