I ordered (3) packages for three different businesses.Apparently which all are expected to be delivered by UPS.

(I didn't know that) I paid for expedited delivery (3 days), however, its been 2 weeks. When tracking my package all you see is "Exception". The first excuse was weather. That was over an week ago.

The second was late trailer, and now all it says "Exception"... AGAIN!! I'm expecting to wrap my daughters Christmas gifts and yet still no presents. UPS is horrible during the holiday season.

The only thing they can say to you over the phone is "I apologize".Smh
