I ordered a over the range microwave that was 4 days late delivery. It was held up in UPS only 100 miles away from our home they said due to bad weather.
There was no bad weather between here and there that entire week. When it arrived, it was severely damaged. We sent it back, and ordered another one. Same thing.
It was also damaged. I have heard about the way UPS treats their packages and watched videos of boxes being thrown off trucks, etc.
They phoned me wanting to know particulars, but in no way offered even an apology. Hope I don't have to use them much, as I always ask merchants if they would please ship Fedex.
