A friend told me she ordered a gift for me online from the U.S. over three weeks before Christmas and was being shipped by UPS.

By the 22nd, she sent me the tracking info since she was shocked it wasn't delivered. On their website, it said it was going to be delivered on Dec. 23rd. So, I waited all day and evening (until 8:30pm) and it didn't arrive.

Went back online and at 10:00 pm it said it was delayed and would be delivered on Dec. 24th. Fair enough, it is Xmas time and sure they have a lot of parcels to deliver. Waited again all day Dec.

24th since this is a gift and nothing arrived. Checked tracking today and no update, no info if it is being delivered today or not. Called their useless customer service and they offered no info either.

Nor did they make any attempt to see if the parcel is lost.

Guess it is going back to the sender. Will never use UPS even again.
