If UPS can't deliver a package on time on Friday, then, because they are cheap, they will not try to deliver it on Saturday. They should take responsibility for their mistakes instead of punishing the customer.

I will NOT pay for Saturday shipping on an item supposed to be delivered Friday, just so that when UPS screws up, I can get my package only a day late.

When the UPS driver comes, he should be ready with an apology and cash in hand to refund my entire shipping cost. How is it right to say you're going to do something, then not do it, not apologize, and push costs off on someone else?

Monetary Loss: $400.
