Second time we have paid for two day shipping. Second time packages were late.

We not only lost money paying for two day shipping but we also lost customer because it was a time sensitive sale. UPS said it was not their problem because they do not have to honor two day shipping if it is a matter that is out of their control.

So in total two day shipping is five day shipping. = =

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.
