Paid for an overnight delivery of time critical goods, but yet UPS have taken four days to deliver. After numerous phone calls I was repeatedly inform goods were out on delivery but failed to update status on tracking information.
Once delivered i discovered that half of the goods were missing. In my honest opinion i find it An absolute disgrace and will never use there services again.
I strongly urge anybody to avoid using UPS for any type of deliveries and advise services should be used elsewhere. There is nothing worse than a company that doesnt know its *** from its elbow that has disgraceful communication skills and promises that they cannot keep
